I may have found the reason why I'm getting headaches in the morning again.
I think it's because we're using the AC more this week than we have been.
And the ability to cool our house down...sucks really. Like the AC can go for hours and the basement gets colder and the upstairs stays the same or gets hotter.
Seriously, bad design on whoever designed this house.
In any case.
The AC unit with it's loud humming fan sits right outside my window.
And the past week the AC has been running late into the night.
And the past three days I've woken up randomly in the middle of the night to hear it still humming.
And that humming is often similar to the vibration I hear with my phone.
So I think just hearing that noise constantly throughout the night is causing my muscles to tense up.
Hence why I'm waking up with a headache.
Because my body can't relax while its sleeping.
Thankfully, taking some advil this morning helped to get rid of it....
Temporary.
The headache came back as a full force Migraine at Lunch Time.
I don't know if it was sleep deprivation or not enough food or tense muscles still or all three.
But the pain behind my eyes was intense, painful, nauseating.
I ended up taking an Excedrin and then took a long hot shower and let the water beat against my neck for a good twenty or thirty minutes to get the pain to decrease if not go totally away.
Then grabbed some food to eat to see if that would help and just rested with my eyes mostly closed in the dark while listening to shows.
So for now.
It's fine.
Hopefully it stays away.

*exhales*
Ended up with another headache this morning.
Which either means I'm sleeping tense or there's something with my right contact that is causing irritation early in the morning.
I'm thinking it's sleeping tense, as I'm still wearing the contacts and the headache is gone. So possibly sleeping tense.
Thankfully distractions at work and some Excedrin helped it.

I've had a slight headache for most of the morning and afternoon.
From how tired I'm feeling, I'm guessing it's mostly because of that.
That or not eating enough food....
As grabbing some Wendys has helped to make it go away....but a quick nap has also helped too.
Probably both.
Hopefully I keep it at bay for the rest of the evening.

Woke up with the migraine I went to bed with this morning.
It was painful, but more like a 5 or so on the pain scale.
So annoying, but mostly manageable. Though it was bad enough that I didn't want to eat anything.
Tylenol and Aleve hadn't helped during the evening yesterday.
So I took some Advil once I was sure it wouldn't react with the Aleve and had a Dr. Pepper.
Thankfully, working and the meds seems to have helped the migraine go away, so this evening I've been doing pretty good.

Ended up with a major migraine this evening.
Pretty sure it's based off of sleep deprivation.
Because I only got about 4 ish hours of sleep before then spending like 9 hours on windy mountain roads to get back home.
Some of those hours were spent driving.
riding or driving still kinda tense to be on the windy roads.
Plus loud voices made it hard to sleep in the car.
So like...I think I took a nap too late?
Because it was nearly sunset by the time I found a chance to close my eyes for a bit.
And when I woke up.
bam.
Headache behind the eyes. *exhales*
I took some meds, but I feel this headache will probably stick around until tomorrow.
Hopefully it doesn't become nuclear.

Ended up with a slight headache behind my eyes today. I think it was a combination of being out in the heat for most of the day, but also having to listen to a family member talk about finances, which has recently just caused me stress because I don't like hearing the 'what ifs' on if things go wrong and hearing the topic be brought up yet again? *exhales* Yah. Stressful.
