The building blocks were probably triggered last night when I had difficulties falling asleep after being woken back up.
It probably was added to when I was dealing with the stressors also triggered last night and my helpless feeling where I don't know if I can do anything to help out certain situations.

But I'm pretty certain that the headache behind my left eye was triggered after having a group of like...six to eight kids (I have no idea how many there actually were but there was a lot of them) all under the age of ten running rampant around the store for at least an hour it felt like.
And like...while energetic and excited they were well behaved....at first.
But the longer the parent spent in the store with them, the less behaved they got.
Especially when they all discovered the dog toys made noise.
And began squeaking them nonstop for like a good fifteen minutes straight.

And noises like that can easily get on my nerves if they continue for too long.

And their energy just got like...more chaotic. They got louder.
And yah, pretty sure having to deal with the kids in the store is what triggered the headache.

Thankfully some rest and food and Advil seems to have helped it go away.
But we'll see if it actually stays gone.

I have a slight headache forming behind my right eye currently.
Which isn't that surprising considering I had a nuclear migraine last night.
And a semi-stressful day at work today.

But the main causation of this particular migraine may be my contact lens.
As I tried to put in my current one this morning...only for it to feel wrong on my eye. Like it wasn't fitting right.
And knowing that if it wasn't fitting right now...it would probably irritate me later, I ended up pulling out an old contact lens that I had on hand and placing it in my eye to see if that would help it.
It did. Which yay.
But downside is it's one of the old lens that is the weaker prescription.
So there's a bit more of a 'fight' happening between my left and right eyes to have a good focus going on.
So it's no wonder there's tension building up in my neck as my eye is probably struggling to see as well as it has been seeing.

I was right.
That the faint ache behind my eyes would end up becoming a greater headache.

It did.
I ended up with one of those nuclear migraines last night.
The one where it feels like my head is trying to split in half and my stomach is rolling and twisting and my breathing is quick and shallow and I'm trembling with my teeth chattering---*exhales*

Yah. Nuclear migraine.

It was bad enough last night that I couldn't take any further medication because I wasn't confident I could keep it down.
So I ended up taking a longer shower/bath and curling up on the couch downstairs with a heatpack listening to the trickle of water from my fish tank.

So by the time it was time to get up for church, the worst of it was over. Over enough that I could go to church without too much issue.

But the day has progressed enough that I can feel the ache in my left shoulder moving up to my neck and behind my left eye.

So we'll see if I can keep the aftershock headache from forming.
At this stage I doubt it.
But I can do what I can.

Have a slight ache behind my eyes that isn't quite a full blown headache just yet. But could head that way easily enough.

Pretty sure it's just like a....exhaustion headache.
From both mentally and emotionally and probably physically being over stimulated.

I crashed for like 45 minutes upon getting home.
Not sure if it was enough.
Been eating a bit to also make sure my energy gets up.

But yah.
Just tired.
Tired to the point of things can turn into a major headache if I'm not being careful.

Ended up with a headache behind my right eye today.
I think it was mostly from just being tired and not eating food right away and pushing myself to get things done.

As after taking some Excedrin and eating dinner....the headache has mostly gone away, though it came back a bit after some slight drama along the home front so gah.

You finally feel like you can relax and then something happens to stress you out again.

I ended up with a faint headache towards the end of work. Mostly from tense muscles I think. As I got some slightly stressful work related news today while on shift. So yah....

Thankfully it was minor. Nothing too crazy.

I ended up with a major migraine behind my right eye today and I'm pretty sure it's from the soreness of my muscles from of all the moving and heavy lifting I did yesterday while helping my Daddoo out around the house.

As really the headache only began to really fade away after I had one of my coworker massage my right shoulder for a few minutes to just get the muscles to relax.

As Excedrin, Advil and resting with a heat pack on my breaks hadn't done much to get them muscles to relax/loosen.

Thankfully it's mostly gone now.
