Ended up with a headache this evening.
Behind my right eye.

I'm pretty sure it's just from...the strains of the day.
Like.
I ended up working a split shift.
So I worked in the morning and the evening.

And I think the strain of having to be social so late in the evening got to me.

Thankfully it didn't seem like a major headache
As it faded when I took out my contacts and got some food to eat.

But yah.
Slight headache.
Could have been more major.
But thankfully it doesn't appear to be so.

Ended up with a headache behind my right eye today because I got stressed out at work.
Not because of work itself.
But because a friend who's in some....emotional/physical trouble/pain called to talk because apparently my voice brings some comfort to them.
But the conversations make me anxious and tense me up because a) I have to work and b) if I don't pick up they'll call again until I do and c) I don't have any real way to help them out besides talking to them.
So yah.
I'm a bit tense from it all and stressing over it because I'm too much of an empath to be able to like...handle this when I'm under my own stressors.

With some excedrin I managed to make the headache fade.
But it came right back when the friend called again later this evening.
Now I'm back to trying to make it go away.

Woke up with a headache behind my left eye.
Not fun to wake up to.
Especially when I needed to be more proactive today.

Ended up driving out to the store so I could grab some excedrin since I was out.
And took some to help with the headache.
That and being distracted with differing tasks helped it to fade a bit though I feel like it was just hovering around.

I ended up with another headache today behind my right eye.

I think the start of it was just from...idk strain? Tiredness? Working too much?
As it began to strike towards the end of my shift.
So I think I was just...tired and hungry and ready to be done.

Which when I had to drive through stormy weather with semi bad roads....only serves to increase the tension...which serves to strengthen the headache.

Yah. Bad weather. A long drive.
Stress.
Totally very headache inducing.

And then I got a phone call....with some...bad news.
About things I can't control and things I can't help with.

*exhales*
So I'm dong what I can to relax...but I feel like this headache will probably stick around for a bit.

It's a double whammy for me today.

I woke up with the same headache that I fell asleep with.
The one pounding away behind my left eye.
It woke me up early enough that I decided it would probably be best to take a shower before work to see if having my muscles all warmed up would help the headache go away.
Though I also took some Advil and an Excedrin and brought a Dr. Pepper and some Ritz crackers with me to munch on as well.

Which thankfully....somewhere in there, my headache went away and I was able to function relatively normally at work. Woot!

However, this evening I have another headache starting up...behind my right eye this time. *exhales*
Pretty sure it's from tension in my neck.
But not sure what triggered it exactly....
I'm guessing it's just....stress...tension...caused by other people's energies.
Particularly a roomie of mine who was home when I got home and just seems....idk....stressed? Angry...idk if they were. But just with all the banging and stomping and clattering that happens around them....and me still being sensitive to noise...it's hard to relax when you never know when they're going to make more noise or when they're going to come out of their room and yah....

Added stress to that is stress of other people stressing over other people and me being the person I am I stress over that stress as well as I want to please other people and make them happy and it's hard when I can't exactly do that. *exhales*

So yah.
Slight headache going on currently.
We'll see if it will fade away......

It was the weirdest thing today.
Like there I was. At work. No headache.
Just doing my job.
Not necessarily stressing over anything really.
Like it was a completely normal day.
And then suddenly 2pm hits and my head starts throbbing.

Like out of the blue just starts throbbing.

No precursor whatsoever.
No tensing of the muscles.
Or small ache behind the eye.

No it was a straight on throb.

Which I wonder...if it was a coincidence that two of my coworkers came in about that time too.

Like did their presence entering the store give me the automatic headache?
Because it seems rather odd that I was fine one second and then not the next.

*exhales*
Who knows though.
It could be just that my body was like "Okay you're done, no more work today." As it does do that sometimes.

It's just weird to have this ache behind my left eye hit so fast.
*shakes head*

Hopefully it doesn't turn out to be a nuclear headache.
As with how it's acting I could see it turning into one.

Though it has mostly faded.
i took out my contacts, took a shower, have had a heatpack on my shoulder, took meds, ate food and drank a variety of liquids so like....I've covered all my bases.

Just need to keep it from getting worse.

Ended up with the faintest of headaches this evening mostly from the strain of being around a noisier group of people than I'm used to in a more energetic situation. But it was relatively minor.
