Ended up with a headache that came and went throughout the day.
I think it may have been triggered soon after waking up...just...idk...it came on early, so I either slept tense, or I got tense pretty quickly after waking as worries or something just filled my mind.
Thankfully, it never got bad and some meds, a massage stone, and distractions later. It went away.
But yah. Never got majorly bad for which I was grateful. :)
