I ended up with a headache towards the evening.
I think it was from the stress of trying to write and watching shows and probably the last four days of inconsistent sleep schedules and not eating well....
But yah. My head aches.
Nothing is helping currently.
Not a shower.
Not heat.
Not meds.
So I'm hoping getting some sleep will help...but since I've been resting most of the afternoon and it's still present...I'm not hopeful that sleep will make it go away.

I have a slight headache behind the eyes today.
I think it's mostly from taking a longer nap after work than I meant to.
But it probably could also be influenced by not eating -because I was sleeping- not drinking enough liquids -because I was sleeping- and probably sleeping tense so my muscles are tense.
soooo
Doing my best to get heat on the muscles. And I ate a thing, and drank a bit of juice and will probably need to get water, and yah....probably need more sleep too.
So tired.

I have a faint headache behind my right eye currently.
I think it's partially tension that's causing it...or I just let myself get irritated.
As I was doing alright until my roomies got home and they started clip clipping around above my head with their boots/shoes on.
Probably shouldn't have irritated me...but repetitive sounds can get to me rather easily. *exhales*
I've taken meds and put on a heat pack...but so far it's not helping.
That doesn't bode well for it going away tonight.

I ended up with a headache this morning. Basically woke up with it.
Which makes me think I slept tense.
But it didn't help that I stressed myself out over small things while I was at work.
To the point where I needed to buy a soda to have the caffeine help chase away the ache.
Thankfully it helped.
Note to self.
Stop stressing over things.

Unfortunately, I was right with the headache staying the night. *exhales*
It woke me up just before 3am.
So I ended up taking more meds and a long shower before attempting to go back to bed.
It didn't help.
So when my alarm finally went off...I felt horrible.
My head was aching and aching and aching.
So I took more meds, Advil this time, and grabbed my heat pack and went to work.
And was only able to function for like half an hour before I had to go to my manager and ask if I could use both my fifteens and take like a half hour nap in the breakroom to see if that would help me.
Manager said yes,
So I warmed up my heat pack I leave at work for that very reason and took a thirty minute nap.
Thankfully.
That helped to finally break it and I was able to function at work much better after that.

Ended up with a slight headache tonight, probably because I wasn't able to take the nap I wanted to take, but also probably because I'm stressing over other people's stressful situations.
And yah....
I'm just tired.
Hopefully a bit of food and sleep will help it go away,
But from how the headache is acting I wouldn't be surprised if it stays the night.

I ended up with a headache behind my left eye this evening.
It was a combination of factors really.
First it probably started with me not getting enough sleep last night because I stayed up later than planned.
and then it was probably the build up of stress from all the managers around me worrying about the bigwigs visiting the store.
But I was handling those rather well. No signs of a headache.
Until I got back from lunch.
And was surprised with the news that I would be training one of our cashiers to be in my department.
Which meant I had to switch gears and go into 'teacher mode'
Which is a whole different type of energy.
Energy I hadn't planned for.
So the ache started behind my eyes about an hour before I was off.
The ache of 'you're tired you need sleep.'
And so I crashed once I got home.
But the headache got slightly worse.
Thankfully a hot shower, tylenol, taking out my contacts, and a heatpack have helped it to fade again. So woot.

A faint headache was starting up behind my right eye today.
Mostly I think it was from feeling the stress of what everyone else in the store was feeling because we apparently have a dozen or so important people going to descend on our store tomorrow morning and everyone is just...freaking out.
But thankfully some Excedrin and the distraction of trying to get everything clean helped to make it go away.

Ended up with a major migraine this morning mostly I think from the tension of yesterday where I had to train a new coworker on top of an eight hour shift and then had to go up to see the dentist...and the dentist always tenses me up.
So I woke up today this morning with my head aching behind my left eye and no amount of meds or long showers would help it.
Turns out I just needed to eat something more substantial.
As due to the dentist, my mouth was rather sore, and so I hadn't felt like eating much.
But having a more substantial meal helped the migraine to go away.
So probably my body was just craving food and was complaining via making my head ache.
