Pushed too hard the past couple of days and ended up with a major migraine this afternoon. I was too focused on trying to make everyone else happy and less stressed that I stressed myself out.
Tried taking medicine and taking a nap with a heatpack but that didn't help. So I ended up bowing out of a planned activity and went home and took a long hot shower and then crashed for like three hours and thankfully the headache went away after that point. Woot!

Ended up with a faint headache today after church.
I think it's just from quietly stressing over the changes that are going to be announced later tonight. As with the dissolution of our ward...I have no idea where/when I'm going to meet up for church or who my new bishop is or who will be in the same ward with me.
So yah.
Probably stressing over that.

Despite my best efforts, I ended up with a headache tonight.
It's probably from the stress of driving up North in traffic and helping out Daddoo with the house and Kikay with some planning and just having worked a full 8 hour shift....
I'm exhausted.
Tried meds.
Tried heat.
It's not helping.
So methinks I'm just going to head to bed and hope that helps.

Ended up with a slight headache today behind my right eye towards the end of my work shift.
I'm guessing it's probably self caused from annoyance at some news I got at work involving one of our chinchillas.
Because it's information that was not passed on to me so like....how was I supposed to know what to or not do in regards to one of the treatments for it if no one ever told me about it? *exhales*
But yah.
Trying to keep the headache at bay currently.
Seems like mountain dew is doing the best at making it go away.
Though I'm sure some food, heatpack, meds, and a little bit of sleep that I've also done have helped it to.

Have a headache currently pounding away behind my right eye today.
I'm halfway wondering if it's a reaction to my contact lens, or if I just tensed myself up trying to do writing and internet things today.
No idea.
But meds aren't currently helping nor is eating food or having a heat pack.
Sooo we'll see how this works out.

Ended up with a headache behind my left eye today towards the end of my work shift.
It probably was just from having to be social and interact with people all day.
Or the fact that I didn't get to sleep until after 1 am and I had a morning shift so I didn't get as much rest as I probably needed.
But the headache was one of those ones where I probably needed a nap and a real meal and would be good.
I couldn't really do that at work.
But did take some meds and used a heatpack and some pasttense oil on my neck.
And it helped a little.
But yah.
Getting home and taking a nap and then going out to dinner afterwards definitely helped the headache to go away.
So woot for it vanishing.

Ended up with a headache this evening.
Behind my right eye.
I'm pretty sure it's just from...the strains of the day.
Like.
I ended up working a split shift.
So I worked in the morning and the evening.
And I think the strain of having to be social so late in the evening got to me.
Thankfully it didn't seem like a major headache
As it faded when I took out my contacts and got some food to eat.
But yah.
Slight headache.
Could have been more major.
But thankfully it doesn't appear to be so.

Ended up with a headache behind my right eye today because I got stressed out at work.
Not because of work itself.
But because a friend who's in some....emotional/physical trouble/pain called to talk because apparently my voice brings some comfort to them.
But the conversations make me anxious and tense me up because a) I have to work and b) if I don't pick up they'll call again until I do and c) I don't have any real way to help them out besides talking to them.
So yah.
I'm a bit tense from it all and stressing over it because I'm too much of an empath to be able to like...handle this when I'm under my own stressors.
With some excedrin I managed to make the headache fade.
But it came right back when the friend called again later this evening.
Now I'm back to trying to make it go away.

Woke up with a headache behind my left eye.
Not fun to wake up to.
Especially when I needed to be more proactive today.
Ended up driving out to the store so I could grab some excedrin since I was out.
And took some to help with the headache.
That and being distracted with differing tasks helped it to fade a bit though I feel like it was just hovering around.

I ended up with another headache today behind my right eye.
I think the start of it was just from...idk strain? Tiredness? Working too much?
As it began to strike towards the end of my shift.
So I think I was just...tired and hungry and ready to be done.
Which when I had to drive through stormy weather with semi bad roads....only serves to increase the tension...which serves to strengthen the headache.
Yah. Bad weather. A long drive.
Stress.
Totally very headache inducing.
And then I got a phone call....with some...bad news.
About things I can't control and things I can't help with.
*exhales*
So I'm dong what I can to relax...but I feel like this headache will probably stick around for a bit.

It's a double whammy for me today.
I woke up with the same headache that I fell asleep with.
The one pounding away behind my left eye.
It woke me up early enough that I decided it would probably be best to take a shower before work to see if having my muscles all warmed up would help the headache go away.
Though I also took some Advil and an Excedrin and brought a Dr. Pepper and some Ritz crackers with me to munch on as well.
Which thankfully....somewhere in there, my headache went away and I was able to function relatively normally at work. Woot!
However, this evening I have another headache starting up...behind my right eye this time. *exhales*
Pretty sure it's from tension in my neck.
But not sure what triggered it exactly....
I'm guessing it's just....stress...tension...caused by other people's energies.
Particularly a roomie of mine who was home when I got home and just seems....idk....stressed? Angry...idk if they were. But just with all the banging and stomping and clattering that happens around them....and me still being sensitive to noise...it's hard to relax when you never know when they're going to make more noise or when they're going to come out of their room and yah....
Added stress to that is stress of other people stressing over other people and me being the person I am I stress over that stress as well as I want to please other people and make them happy and it's hard when I can't exactly do that. *exhales*

It was the weirdest thing today.
Like there I was. At work. No headache.
Just doing my job.
Not necessarily stressing over anything really.
Like it was a completely normal day.
And then suddenly 2pm hits and my head starts throbbing.
Like out of the blue just starts throbbing.
No precursor whatsoever.
No tensing of the muscles.
Or small ache behind the eye.
No it was a straight on throb.
Which I wonder...if it was a coincidence that two of my coworkers came in about that time too.
Like did their presence entering the store give me the automatic headache?
Because it seems rather odd that I was fine one second and then not the next.
*exhales*
Who knows though.
It could be just that my body was like "Okay you're done, no more work today." As it does do that sometimes.
It's just weird to have this ache behind my left eye hit so fast.
*shakes head*
Hopefully it doesn't turn out to be a nuclear headache.
As with how it's acting I could see it turning into one.
Though it has mostly faded.
i took out my contacts, took a shower, have had a heatpack on my shoulder, took meds, ate food and drank a variety of liquids so like....I've covered all my bases.
Just need to keep it from getting worse.

Ended up with a headache behind my right eye today.
Probably mostly caused by the contact being semi-irritating off and on throughout the day.
Though I'm sure there was other stressors factored in there. Since it's a Saturday and customer service gets tiresome after a while.
But surprisingly taking an Excedrin seemed to fix the problem easily enough today. So yay!
