How are you going to get him warm?
No idea. I thought, shifting back to my form. I easily ran out through the storm, my paws leaving faint foot prints in the fading snow. The human should be able to figure out his own survival. Namely building a fire.
But if he's afraid of fire....
Well, I wasn't about to go find one myself and bring a burning branch back to him. I replied with a twitch of my ear. I could hear prey off in the distance and changed my path to intersect with theirs.
Hunting won't get Jake warmer you know.
But the fur would. I thought with some irritation. I'd seen humans with furs around their bodies during the cold season.
And do you have the skills to skin it after you kill it? Because I don't.
I growled. I would drag the carcass back and make the human do it.
If he can't build a fire, what makes you think that he can skin a deer? Especially if he's freezing?
What is the point of being a human if you can't do anything to survive! I snapped, baring my teeth.
We get creative with our limitations. For one, you could just go back and provide him warmth with our fur.
I told you I wasn't going to do that.
My other half chuckled in my head. Alright, then we need to find something to build a shelter with, to hold the heat in. And when I say we, I mean you, since you're in control.
Catchya on the Flip Side!
