Trying To Catch Them All

It was Pokémon Go.

Okay, it wasn't just the game that caused my headache this time.
But it was a major contributor.

I mean, spending hours at a time, staring down at a tiny screen, furiously swiping at it every now and then....isn't the best thing to do.
Especially not for long periods of time.
Especially when you're not out in public where there are cars and people and other obstructions you have to look out for.
Especially when it's hot outside and you don't drink enough water.
Especially when it's sunny so you're squinting down at the screen trying to see.
Especially when it starts to get dark and now you're staring down at a bright screen.....

Basically....
It was Pokémon Go.

My family and I spent like three hours walking up and down a waterfront main street furiously trying to catch all the water Pokémon that aren't at all common in our hometown.

And the tension, the hunched overness, the squinty eyes, the lack of food and water...

Gave me a major headache.
Not fun.
