It's actually rather amazing that I haven't had a major aftershock headache occur yet today.
Usually after a major nuclear headache I get 'after shocks.'
But the ones today have been rather minor.
And I've managed to keep them away with Excedrin and Essential Oils. 
So that's been nice. 
To not have it be major.
To not be laid low for another day in a row. 
Yay.
