I've had a headache behind my left eye for a lot of today.
There's an ache in my ear and and ache in my neck....

And I can't tell if it's just from tension.
Or if it's a side effect of all the smoke sitting heavily in the valley. 
Though considering it started up yesterday with the influx of smoke....
I'm tempted to believe the continuation of my headache is because of it too.
