Ended up with a headache which is possibly going to be a migraine after work today. I'm not that surprised to end up with one considering that I had to work until 10pm last night and then had another morning shift start at 630 this morning. Pretty sure I just haven't had enough down time to unwind, nor did I probably eat as much food as I should have. Soooo headache here we come. Unfortunately it's the type where meds, heat, showers, sleep, aren't really helping it so I'm expecting it to last through the night and into tomorrow. We'll see if it keeps me up though.
