I've had a headache going most of the day.
Most likely caused by tension in my neck as that's been sore most of the day.
And meds and heat weren't really helping it to go away.
It was always lurking there....

Until I got distracted from it when an aftershock earthquake struck towards sunset.

*exhales* That's one way to get rid of my headache, though not really a welcome one.
