Had a pretty major headache today. 
I think it was from a combination of things. Like not getting enough sleep because I stayed up late to watch a video.
And then like wanting to talk about that video allllll day at work....only to not be able to talk about it with anyone until like nearly sunset.
And then worrying over why others were unable to talk about the video until that point.
And stressing over writing I should be doing.
And probably needing to eat more food.....

And  yah....a migraine isn't that unexpected all things considering.
