Have a headache behind my right eye currently.
Advil isn't helping as much today.
Possibly because I haven't taken a real nap and have been focused on writing and trying to get a few different tasks done.

So. Possibly dehydrated a bit too. 
But I'm hoping its mostly just tiredness causing it.
