Ended up with a migraine behind my left eye today at work. I'm thinking it's because I stressed myself out checking the news and probably not sleeping the right amount or eating well.
As I lived off of mostly mountain dew and a chocolate chip muffin. And it seemed like my migraine spiked with every sip or bite I took throughout the day.
I ended up taking two excedrin when I got home, made a blt, drank water, took a long shower to relax my muscles and then crashed for a couple of hours.
Seemed to have helped. Though as the night has progressed I've had a slight headache start behind my right eye. *exhales*
