I broke eye contact with the human as a, as my other half would say, electrical charge rushed through my body.
"We have to move." I said tersely, pulling the human after me.
"What? Why?" He asked, jerking his arm in a feeble gesture of rebellion.
"We need to take cover."
"From what?! It's blue skies."
I growled under my breath. Did these humans not know anything? Could they not sense the change in the air?
We can be rather dense, especially if the human doesn't like the outdoors as much.
They should learn to like it more then. I glanced over my shoulder. Otherwise they would continue to miss the signs. We had to find cover. Now.
