Ended up with a headache behind my right eye today at work.

Not really from work itself.

But because I got stressed from well...I guess the stress of 'expectation.' 

Where people were texting me with things not fully in my control because I was stuck at work....and it just stressed me out.

The ache in the neck that crawls up to be behind the right eye....

Thankfully taking some advil helped it to go away before I got off work, but it wasn't a fun couple of hours having to deal with it until the medicine kicked in.
