Woke up with a headache behind both eyes today.
Which I really can only attribute to possibly sleeping tense.
Because the back of my neck was aching too when I woke up.

Unfortunately the headache wasn't willing to go away....like at all.
It would fade a bit.
But despite meds and liquids and food and heat....it remains present.
Though now it's moved to just being behind my right eye so I suppose that's a bit of progress all things considered.
