Headache decided to be evil today and showed up after work behind my left eye this time. 
A nap seriously didn't help that either....
And I once again only began finding relief after I'd taken my contacts out....
So I do wonder if somehow yesterday when grabbing the old right one---I accidentally put in the old left one today.
Because like...the right eye didn't bug me at all as I tried to contact with the chip in it today...and was fine.
But then the left eye when hokey on me.

So I think to be safe tomorrow I'm just going to open up a new pair of contacts earlier than I want...but at least I can be sure I have the right prescription in my eyes.

In any case. I took a long shower, some Excedrin and ate a slightly larger meal than normal (yay ramen) to see if that would help get rid of this headache that was pounding away hard enough to nearly make me dizzy....
And it's worked so far.
Though I'm being careful to not be too active as it seems like if I'm upright for too long...it gets worse again.
