Ended up with a headache today.
Which comes as a surprise to no one since it was Fast Sunday.
And Fast Sundays always give me headaches.
Though I was doing my best to not get one....
One started up towards the end of church.
And nothing really made it go away throughout the day.
Not sleep or meds or caffeine or anything....

I think because I kept getting more stress piled on top of me.
So it was hard to relax and just have fun and enjoy the moment.
