Another day another headache.

This one began pretty soon after arriving at work, though I didn't have an obvious reason to...like be stressed out? So I can only guess it was the atmosphere. As the managers were stressing a bit yesterday because we have like...Regional Managers and higher corporate people in the state currently and while we're not on the list to be visited, our sister store is and that store is only like 15 minutes away from us and it's only the Regional Manager's who are officially visiting which means the higher ups are free to go anywhere they want.

So yah. They were stressed which was stressing me out I guess...

Tense shoulders are probably the cause really. Or not getting enough sleep...who knows. 

In any case. The headache persisted throughout the day despite my attempts to make it go away with various meds and such.

It seems like eating food and drinking some water have helped in the late evening...but at the same time it's still lingering....
