Either I'm still stressed or the change in my prescription for my eyes isn't helping the headaches at all.
I mean the ache was behind the left eye mostly today. 

But there really should be no good reason to have a headache first thing in the morning...unless it's a sleep related headache I suppose.
*exhales*
I mean, a nap did help make it mostly go away.
So there is that....
