There's something in my morning routine that is causing a headache to form pretty soon after I take my first break.
Whether it's the snack food I had, or the position I sit in, or what I do on said 15 minute break....it's obviously not as relaxing as I think it should be.
Because otherwise my muscles in my shoulders/neck wouldn't tense up.
And I wouldn't get an ache behind my eyes within the half hour of getting off of break....
Hmmm.
Maybe time to switch things up a bit....
