I had an eye appointment today, to see how my vision was doing. 
As I was wondering if some of my headaches were caused by the new prescription of contacts I've been on for the past 8 months. 
(took me long enough to wonder that) 
But the visit to the eye doctor always makes me tense regardless.
So I ended up with a slight headache because my shoulders were tense after the appointment.
It got worse thanks to some Roommate drama and such. *exhales*
So I spent basically the entire day with a headache.
Oh goodie.

Hopefully the different prescription (my old one) for my contacts will lesson the headaches.
But at the same time....until I can get other stressors in my life under control, I don't know how much help a different prescription is going to be until then....
