It was either a delayed stressed reaction to things yesterday, or else a reaction to Daylight Savings...as I ended up rather tense this morning at work in my left shoulder, which led to a faint headache behind my left eye for most of the day. It took a bit of Excedrin to help it fade a bit during my shift, but kinda just hung out until after the sun went down before leaving.
