Have had a slight headache behind my right eye for most of the day today.
I know that the tension in my neck/shoulders is probably the cause.
The cause of the tension?
Not sure.
Might be the contact lens as I put the old stronger prescription back in my eye just to compare the results between the one I've been wearing the past week and this one. 
Or it could just be energy related as I went to the Gem Faire today and that place is swirling with energy though I did my best to prepare for that.
And of course, I've been writing throughout the day soo...tension again....
Thankfully it's just faint.
So maybe a good night sleep may help that....
