Ended up with another headache today.
Mostly because I got a bit tense from unexpectedly needing to interact with people when I hadn't been planning to interact with them.
*exhales*
Hopefully it's a faint ache that will vanish with sleep.
Advil seems to be helping a little....
But we'll see.
