No Return

That customer didn't come back in today. I'm so so so so so glad he didn't.
But that didn't mean that I was able to relax.
No. I was tense the whole time. Ugh, I think I lost my confidence, my sureness of what the answers are to questions people ask me.
I guess it's lucky Harvey put me back 'in training' because that meant I didn't really have to talk to people today. I just followed me coworkers around while they 'taught me the way.'

Though most cautioned me that the couldn't teach me how to answer every question under the sun a customer would ask, they were nice enough to tell me that I could come to them to ask them if I was unsure of the answer.

I hope they don't come to regret that, because I plan to ask them a lot of questions. Because I really don't want another customer to yell at me.
