Homework, Annihilated!

Done! Whew, I didn't realize how much work it would take to catch up on missing so much super school. Somehow I managed it. Without Devoto's help. No. I managed to avoid him for most of the week. Well, with the exception of lunch time. Somehow, Devoto's gotten it into his head that wherever I sit, the rest of the waters can sit as well.
Do you know how hard it is to keep bread dry with them around? It's nearly impossible. They're always flicking water at each other. Or in Devoto's case, little ice beads. I think when that laser competition comes up, I'll have to watch out for him. The guy has good aim.
All in all, I don't mind the horseplay around me. It's actually nice to be part of a group here in the tower. Even if I can't participate in the water fights.  
The Sour Note to my sudden 'popularity?': Devoto. He's wearing my watch. Showing it off like a trophy. He doesn't even care that it's basically a family heirloom. He just thinks of it as a 'reward' for 'helping' me.
I need to get it back. It's basically the only thing of my father's that I have at the moment. But I doubt "sentiment" is going to convince him to take it off his wrist. No, this guy is all about 'what's in it for me.'
